Bookings, payments and cancellation policy.
Individual sessions: A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellation’s (Individual sessions)
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at alignwithlovereiki@gmail.com or 0404350287.
Packages:
Packages are offered at a reduced rate and are prepaid in full. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies at practitioner discretion. Please note I am currently updating my payment and booking system for packages. In the interim please feel free to contact me with any enquiries about available package options and pricing.
